1982 - Present. Positive Property Strategies (Owner)
Property development of subdivisions, townhouses, apartments, retirement villages, NDIS. Over $300,000,000 in joint ventures, syndicates and capital raises both corporate and personal.
1997 - 2001. MBA Group
National Acquisitions Manager Acquisition, project initiation for subdivisions, houses and townhouses from location, due diligence, financial feasibility analysis and approvals. Several Joint ventures with the ACT Government.
1991 – 1993. Pioneer Property Group
State Acquisitions Manager. Acquisition, project initiation for subdivisions, townhouses and 7 retirement villages. Responsible for location, due diligence, financial feasibility analysis and approvals.
1987 - 1991. Hooker Projects
Queensland Commercial Development Manager Australia’s largest developer. Project managed major CBD and city fringe office blocks including joint ventures with ASX listed construction companies and developers.
1982 – 1987. Prestige Constructions & South East Realty (Owner)
Developed land subdivisions and house and land packages. Joint ventured with Custom Credit (NAB) and AGC (Westpac) on 411 lot and 115 lot subdivisions.
1983. Second project
2 lot subdivision plus houses. Joint venture with Equity partner. Bob’s second no money down deal.
1982. First project
4 lot subdivision. Vendor finance deal with the landowner. Bob’s first project and first no money down deal.
1975 - 1982. SGIO Investment and Acquisitions
Non-management role investing in the share market and commercial and retail investment acquisitions.
