When it comes to staying on track there are some powerful tools that can help you along the way. One tool is music, music can trigger positive thoughts and emotions to keep you motivated and remind you of your goals to keep you on track. Another tool is to create a list of all the amazing things you have done in your life. This list can help remind you of how capable you are and that you can do anything you set your mind to.
