Once you’ve found a potential site, you must investigate further to understand the local development rules, and recent results, and potential profit.

Before acquiring the site a deep dive into the financial feasibility is essential. This is where you run the numbers to make sure the deal is truly viable and profitable.

7. Construction

9. Settlement
This is where it all comes together. You must understand titles, contracts of sale, the certificate of occupancy, and other important matters. And, you have to get paid.
